There has been some play area work going on this last few weeks,,the workmen had a skip in the park area and these posts were put on yop of the skip by someone..but the next morning the workmen contractors took them out the skip and put them on the park,, I dont understand why they didn't leave them on the skip because now its caused a fly tip and eye someone the park...
