Half the pavement is covered by hedge growth.

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3895337.
Following several incidents with cyclists and e-scooters where we've been forced to take evading action by stepping on to the road with our dogs. Can I please ask for the hedge and pathway to be cleared? It covers almost half the pavement for around 20 metres or so. It's been getting worse over the last 6 to 7 years. The location is the pavement on London Road at the junction of Sherwood Avenue ( turning left out of Sherwood Avenue) The last incident involved an e-scooter which didn't slow down almost hitting my dogs as my wife and I stepped off the pavement onto the road. Thank you for your consideration. Clearing the pavement would be a huge relief not only to us but other pedestrians too. One of whom is an elderly chap from Charnwood close. He saw a lady with a pram and several kids so he went to step off the pavement onto the road. Unfortunately one of the kerbs has been damaged and as he caught his foot on the kerb he fell, face first onto the road. He suffered severe bruising to his face which is now black and blue. I could supply his details if required. Thanks again Mike Corry
