Truck abandoned opposite numbers 2 & 4 Grange Ave

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3871852.

White Mercedes truck has been left outside numbers 2 & 4 Grange Avenue for over 3 weeks. At night, it is attracting anti-social behaviour as cars are coming and parking next to it. Then the peoples from the cars are using the truck to hide behind, whilst they stand in groups smoking joints and seemingly 'dealing' as other people are coming and going whilst they're there. This only started when this truck was left there.
