Abandon brown council bin

Reported via mobile in the Litter bin category anonymously at 19:42, Wed 5 October 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3870940.

A Peterborough city council worker cleared some rubbish from Myrtle Ave park but forgot to take the brown bin they were using to put rubbish in, and have left it outside 44 Myrtle Ave. it has been there for around 5months. It needs collecting as it is now being filled with rubbish. The bin does not belong to number 44, it is a council bin. The lady who lives at 44 Myrtle Ave is very elderly & extremely anxious that this bin is being used outside her house when it isn’t hers, please act upon this with the upmost urgency bearing the very elderly lady’s heath, welfare & peace of mind. Thanking you in advance.
