Cars are totally ignoring the No ENTRY sign and driving into pedestrian area and the wrong way ! Needs enforcement. This is the same every evening. Also King st is full every evening of cars in a "Restricted Zone " and blocking the public footpath. When will these issues which are a clear hazard to pedestrians be dealt with. Its part of the deterioration of this City Centre.
