Non residents parking in residential parking

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3861315.

I'm constantly unable to park in residential parking outside my house as people are leaving their cars there at all times and there's rarely any traffic wardens preventing this. Its frustrating when I pay to park here.
