Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3853032.

Have reported this issue weeks ago. Got an email from someone in the office stating will deal with this Asap as is not taxed. Weeks later car is still here taking up one parking place and barely a parking fine...the car has no resident parking and no tax. Not sure what more we can do as a resident.
