Resident at 118 Norb. reports light coming on late

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3850028.

Tenant at 118 Norburn reports light not coming on until 8 or 9pm at night. Concerned as elderly tenants in danger of falling on unlit pathway.
