Rubbish blocking public right of way

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3849104.

I walk through Norwood caravan site to get to work to grab the bus. This morning I really struggled as there has been so much fly tipping blocking the path on a public right of way I need to climb over which is far from ideal especially if disabled or a child, children use that path to get to school with no alternatives this needs to be dealt with asap as there is no other way to use the flyover
