Rubbish at rear of first shop Winslow rd

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3848922.

Green bin wrongly filled so left by bin collections last few weeks. Black bin then overfilled and not collected, now dozens of bin bags on floor around bin, cardboard and timber also now building up on council grassed area adjacent. I'm thinking rubbish either from Jannet store who used to have a large commercial bin or flat above. Inspection of bag contents would soon clear this up.
