Irresponsible parking

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3846013.

I live in Whitebeam Close,Hampton Hargate, and parking has become increasingly bad over the months and more so after several houses have been made into multi occupancy. People park on the junction either side making difficulty getting in and out of the close, and then park in the close on a corner blocking access to garages behind the houses.
