Traffic light phasing

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3841032.

Traffic lights have started changing as frequently as 3-5 seconds sometimes for no reason - not triggered by traffic flow as per normal. In addition, lights are now changing without reflecting traffic flow. Previously, this worked well, but now causing traffic buildups, especially around school time of course. Please return them to their usual phasing.
