Car parking blocking access road

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3837762.

There is a small access road between 19 and 29 Berrington View which provides access to houses and driveways or 21, 23, 25 & 27 Berrington View. Regularly (4-5 times a week) a car parks in the access road blocking entry and exit to the other houses. The car does not belong to one of the above addresses - it is a white Audi (no photo as they are not there at this moment)
