Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3836660.

2Car bays in field walk have fly tip rubbish..sack.. Plastic can. food in bag.I caught a man also alcoholic homeless,urinating up our wall.It is always used as a toilet for these people.I have to disinfect it as it stinks.The whole area is awash with general rubbish ,walk ways ..grassy areas.The car park bushes have bottles and cans thrown in them.Plus most corners have flytipping of some sort.This needs doing on a regular basis.Why do we have to live in this filth all the time????. RATS IN THE CAR PARK.NO WONDER...

  • We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.

    Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.

    Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
