Ash trees to the oundle road side of footpath

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3829188.

The lower branches closest to the footpath are dead, or they certainly have no leaves. Could this be Ash dieback disease or is it simply the result of the hot dry weather?
