Bins blocking footpath

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3829109.

Residents of Eastfield Road have began to leave a long line of bins down the entrance of Monument street. It completely blocks the narrow footpath here forcing several of the elderly and disabled residents of Monument street to have to walk into the road. As well as al of the illegally parked cars here blocking this junction on double yellow lines, it makes the junction a hazard for pedestrians.
