What's the point?

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3827352.

Don't know why I bother trying to improve the issue when we have the same issue every year! Usually verge cutting by cowboy national Highways workers, shredding all the roadside litter everywhere. Please send James Collingridge to the A1 Northbound from A47 to Stamford. I know you won't, but you need to come and clean up the horrendous mess.
