Double parking on street and junction

Ambulance was blocked by double parking on street at 2045 on 10092022. This is usual on this corner of Leaf Avenue and Lady Charlotte Road. No room for wheel chairs, push chairs or scootering little children. Visibility is very restricted due to cars parked on both sides of T junction. Double Yellow lines are must 150 yards from T Junction on all three sides.
