Rubbish dumped next to street bin again on Cecil R

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3815474.

Again rubbish has been left beside the bin. There is lawnmower bin, paint pots, a black bucket, a sewing machine and a bag of rubbish. I have managed to get most of it in my black bin but the sewing machine is still there. Please put up a No Fly Tipping notice so the person / people doing this which l think are local people understand this is not acceptable, it's a danger to pedestrians and an eyesore.

We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.

Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.

Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
