Not a pothole, but root disturbance

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category by Robert Gregory-Smith at 16:44, Monday 5 September 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3804485.

1. In the middle of the footpath there is a 50-70mm hump caused by a root. It has been getting progressively worse over the weeks and not poses a safety trip hazard. 2. Also in the same location an part broken hawthorn branch is overhanging low over the path well below head height posing a risk to eyes. 3. Also a bush on the north side of the path is staring to grow over it and brambles are starting to encroach on the path (also in picture.)
