Illegal parking helpston road

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3804314.

Parents parking illegally and blocking the road so residents cannot get in or out and certainly no emergency vehicles can gain access the signs are a waste of time put cameras up with instant fines you will get your money back on the first day its ridicules your signs outside aurther mellows between 8.25 & 9am and again at 3.05 to 3.45pm no one takes any notice
