Problems getting across the road

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3795264.

Since moving to the area in june i have had to sweep up glass and cut hedges on the overpass. I have 2 children and dogs and there is glass being smashed on the floor so its difficult to walk through it and the hedges are over grown on each side so its hard to walk through with a buggy and dog beside me. The bushes have thorns which my child has cut herself on a few times. I dont feel like this area is being maintained and after talking to others in the area it is very rarely looked after so people are able to walk across.
