Rubbish dumped on pavement

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3793662.

Black bin backs and sofa cushions dumped on the pathway the bin bags appear to contain food waste. Waste being put out on street on bin days but not correctly in bins so it’s not being collected by the bin personnel? There are flys around the bin bags. The sofa cushions have been there for a few days also.
