There is a tent between the rails and bollards

Reported via mobile in the Litter removal category anonymously at 16:47, Monday 29 August 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3788079.

There is now a tent in the public path between the rails and bollards. This has been recently erected and there is a large number of bottles and rubbish around the area. The tent may well be occupied but I’m not prepared to look. The bollards and fencing cause huge parking issues and walking space in safety is greatly reduced. It is a great danger to the public and people are even parking in the area where the bollard is supposed to stop this from happening. The whole area is littered and an absolutely disgusting mess. The issue was supposed to have been resolved according to previous comments.

But any changes to the area seem to have made this problem worse. It is unpleasant to walk through and there are often beggars and drinkers sat in this corner as well . With the addition of speeding vehicles which I’ve also been reported as high powered nuisances something really needs to be done to allay fears and dangerous to people living in the area. There are several schools in this catchment area resulting in many children being at risk from all of the above.
