Dog Fouling.

Reported via mobile in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 18:31, Sunday 28 August 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3786562.

This problem has been going on for 8 months. I understand this is a communal garden but there is a fence separating the bins from the left and right ( mine ) block of flats along with a garden gate each side to enter the garden.. that should be a clear indication of what essentially would be their side, separate from my side. Again, whilst I understand this is a communal garden if they are ever socializing outside they will stay seated on their side indicating they are aware of the separation between the two parts of the garden, however the issue with dog mess they allow on both sides of the garden. I have asked them numerous times to clean up which they do eventually but in the mean time (could be a few weeks) , it is left building up to ridiculous amounts all over. In each block contains 4 separate flats, there are 3 dogs that live within these flats and an occasional 4th dog that comes to visit for a few days, this could give an idea of the amount that does build up. I have tried my best to explain this in order for someone to understand clearly, however it may be easier to understand if someone was able to give me a call regarding this issue. Also I have a young nephew of 2 years old and he loves being outdoors although now when he comes here I can not take him out in the garden as he was about 2 seconds away from putting his hand in the dog mess.. this is extremely dangerous. Along side me nearly standing in this mess when it is late and I can’t see what’s on the floor.
