Overflowing litter bin and beer cans

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3783930.

This issue was reported before and a reply on Wed 24th Aug stated that it was fixed. It clearly is not fixed as the same rubbish was still there this morning (26 Aug). Am I wasting my time reporting these things??
