Tree foliage obstructing footpath

Reported via desktop in the Public footpath or cyclepath category anonymously at 19:54, Thursday 25 August 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3781278.

Problem reported previously. Little attempt made by owner (Robins Field) to prune the substantial overhang of silver birch trees bordering their southern land boundary with Old Leicester Road. Height of lowest foliage needs increasing along whole of boundary to at least 2.25m above the Old Leicester Road tarmac footpath. Pedestrians are walking in the road to avoid the foliage and branch overhang which otherwise hits adult pedestrians in their faces and on their shoulders.
