Very large quite deep cracks in pathways

These cracks are getting worse. They are getting longer and deeper. There is quite a drop at points which is unsafe for walking/cycling etc. They get filled and it never lasts. This is the worst I’ve seen it almost the full length of the pathway right up to the rubbish bin.
