Lack of speed bumps, Hawksbill Way and Beluga Clos

The lack of speed bumps down Hawksbill Way has caused a number of cars speeding down this road. This is particularly dangerous on the curve between Hawksbill Way and Beluga Close as cars tend to park around the corner creating blind spots.
