Damage to safety mat by swings

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3766750.

This is in the John Clare rec kiddies play area, the swings closest to Hallfields Lane. Looks like it's been dug at with a sharp implement and dangerous for the little ones if they take a tumble.
