Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3757885.

The back alley way of my house as became a dumbing ground for rubbish, I wish I could find out who is dumbing there rubbish there, at a guess I would say the first three houses but I cant be sure. there is a box full of rubbish and children are moving it about causing more mess. The alley runs at the back of 49/55 Artindale, Bretton. On the path and bushes.
