Every week the neighbors from house 104 take out the trash in the street and in front of my house on Tuesday or Wednesday morning, the trash collection is done on Thursday, so they take it out even 48 hours before, and until the trash is picked up, it is scattered on the street smells very bad, please solve the problem, now I have to endure the smell and the mess until Thursday
