Traffic light sync issue

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3747256.

I know this has been reported in past, but not recently. The traffic on Bourges Blvd A15 turning right heading onto A47 Wisbech get stuck at these lights. This then causes problems for traffic from Bretton way going to A47 towards Wisbech. Lots of beeping and I was almost hit as the traffic merge into the same lane. Dashcam footage available if required.
