Overgrown hedges
Reported via mobile in the Overhanging branches category anonymously at 17:23, Thu 4 August 2022
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3731393.
Overgrown tree’s and bushes on fence line into a private carpark that need to be cut back and brought down to a manageable height. On talking to other residents that have lived here for over 30 years they have said that the hedges/trees were cut every year all the way along the edge of the fence line on the field and for some reason the last 7 or 8 years it has stopped. Further down the fence line it has been cut to a good height a couple of years ago but for some strange reason it has not been continued all the way along. There is already an on going dispute about this that other residents have placed with the council and it shouldn’t take tons of complaints to do straight forward maintenance. Please can we get this sorted asap as the falling branches are hitting cars in the car park and it shouldn’t be the the case. I have already reported this and I have been told it can’t be done but on talking to other residents they have mentioned that it can be done after talking to the right people from the council.
