Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3726874.

The walls of the east community centre perimeter that go along this cycle path are broken and collapsed in various places, they are engulfed in graffiti. The path is in a poor condition too. Not only this anti-social behaviour is a problem in this area so fences rather than concrete walls that can be seen through would be better.
