Overgrown gardens the length of Legg Road.

Reported via desktop in the Litter removal category anonymously at 14:35, Tue 2 August 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3725058.

The properties number 3 to 15 Legg Road, Wittering are all empty. They are supposed to be maintained by contractors of the MOD. I have reported this to Pinnacle Familes Services who have told me they reported to the local Amey/Vivo team to action. However, this was on the 10th July and nothing has been done and I have no reply from them since. The rear gardens have not been maintained all year. They have weeds as high as the fences, tipped up bins that are now buried in the weeds, rubbish and they must be a heaven for rats and even snakes in this weather. The gardens are also a huge fire hazard as most of the weeds are all dead and tinder dry. If glass or a cigarette was dropped in them, it would be a matter of time before fire ripped through the entire street. This is not the only street in Wittering like this either.
