Drain gully not cleaned by your contractors

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3719214.

On 21.07.2022 your contractors were in our street supposedly cleaning the street drains/ gully - orange mark on those that they had cleaned this year. They missed the one in our close - there are 2 one between no.13 and 14 drive and one betweeen 15 and 16 drive. These have no not been cleaned for nearly 10 years as the contractors keep ignoring them and you say there isn't a problem with them.

  • Each year we struggle to cleanse these gullies via the mechanical machine, this is due to the narrow access but more so parked cars, attempts are made to locate the vehicle owners with no success, therefore we have as in previous years cleansed these gullies manually,
