Awful smell coming from bushes

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3707246.

There is an awful smell coming from the bushes on the side of the road near VW and Stoneacre. Smells like a dead animal or something rotting in the bushes and has been smelling for weeks now. There are also some bin bags in the bushes and a lot of empty beer bottles in there too.
