Young tree needs restaking

Reported via desktop in the Problem with stakes category anonymously at 09:06, Sunday 24 July 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3701534.

I have been watering two young trees on the green here - both were wilting in the drought. One lost its stakes some time ago, had its bark partially removed by a vehicle or mowing and has now been snapped. The other is still standing. It has stakes but they are completely loose in their holes ( the tree is keeping the stakes up) and the tie is loose. The tree needs to be restaked urgently before it too gets snapped.
