Disgusting amount of litter
Reported via Android in the General fly tipping category anonymously at 17:25, Fri 22 July 2022
Sent to Peterborough City Council 2 days, 18 hours, 23 minutes later. Council ref: 3699244.
Driving around Peterborough it is evident litter is a massive issue. All the major parkways and roads off are is a disgusting state regarding litter. I seriously question how often you are clearing these roads? You should also spend less money on pointless verge cutting and more on litter clearance. Please litter pick the A47 and all the other parkways in Peterborough. This includes collection of countless amounts of redundant road work equipment especially at eye roundabout. Thank you

We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.
Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.
Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
State changed to: No further action
