Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3662078.

The vehicle looks to be abandoned in the car park and has obvious damage. The bonnet is bent up as if it’s driven into something. The back left of the vehicle is dented and the boot not shut properly. It looks to have been in an accident and abandoned here. It has been here for at least 4 weeks.
