Tree roots impacting on property
Reported via desktop in the Problem with tree roots category anonymously at 15:25, Tue 5 July 2022
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3651493.
Noticed a tree root surfacing in front of our house - then dug out a long root coming from council owned trees on the land next to us (see photos). We are concerned that there may be others that could impact in some way (no structural issues at present other than roots under drive). Also - a couple of the trees on that land are rather close to our property. A couple of years ago I inquired about them and was told the tall tree closest to our fence was earmarked for removal (12/12/2019 - email from C.Last - as of this moment nothing has been done!
