Cars, vans, delivery lorrys footpath parking

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3638755.

Vehicles seem to think it is OK to park on the footpath, blocking visibility of pedestrians Tring to cross the road. Highly dangerous. Illegal parking. Its continuous never ending. I've had many near misses my self when trying to cross the road.
