Lockable bollard has been hit by vehicle

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3619238.

Bollard has been hit by vehicle and is damaged, BMX club report that they can no longer drop the bollard due to the damage, its the right hand bollard as you access the path towards the BMX club.
