Environment health required
Reported via mobile in the General fly tipping category anonymously at 21:46, Tuesday
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3613975.
In the rear garden of 119 St. Paul’s road also started to put on the street. It’s not possible because of fence and a poor camera to zoom and show the extent. However environmental health did attend a few years ago due to beds, sofas. Clothing and beddings , mattresses have been dumped in the back garden. This has happened again and is attracting pigeons and rates.
This is now an environmental health issue I understand you might not consider it suitable as a fly tipping report due to private land but due to the rats and the items being mattresses Etc environment health have intervened before.
There is a side alley between 113/115 to access and see this
Thanks for reporting this issue

We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.
Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.
Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
State changed to: No further action
