Previous Case Ref 3522955 - Please Review

Reported via desktop in the Tree is dead or dying category anonymously at 14:59, Tue 7 June 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3578269.

Previous Case Ref 3522955 stated "A Tree Surveyor has inspected and found no arboricultural justification for any works to be carried out at this time. State changed to: No further action. " I have attached 3 further photos. The tree clearly has some sort of canker running up through the trunk and into its branches. This has already caused one branch to sheer off. One photo clearly shows the grey canker growing in the trunk and no doubt into other branches. The tree is obviously riddled with this canker and branches as they sheer off will pose a serious risk to walkers in the wood as well as my property. The branches from this tree overhang my property. If you will not cut down and remove the tree altogether due its diseased state will you at the very least please trim back all overhanging branches that are over my property? Thank you for your help.
