Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3564495.

Tax ran out 1 June 2022 and has had no MOT since December 2020. This blue van has not moved for well over a year and is located in guest parking. It has now clearly been abandoned and is causing a nuisance for parking.
