The drain at the bottom of Charnwood Close is blocked. After heavy rain the end of the cul-de-sac is covered in water and it takes up to 24 hours to clear. This has been reported in the past but attempts to clear it have not worked
It will be passed on to the relevant department. We will endeavour to provide you with an update within 10 working days.

Our contractors has attended site and confirmed the road gullies are cleaned and free from detritus, they have also inspected the headwall at the rear of number 11 and all appears ok, therefore is this continues to be a concern during the next rainfall event then please contact Anglian Water on 03457 145 145 or via https://www.anglianwater.co.uk/ help-and-advice/ report-an-issue/ And ask that they check and jet the main line from the manhole outside number 13 through to and including the 2 manholes in the rear garden of number 12, as this main line may be silted or have root infestation.
