Trees need shaping as blocking streetlights

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3533024.
I’m hoping you can help with the below though please or point me to a contact number to progress as something not right. To cut a long story short, in Donegal close Pe47th all the vehicles were attempted to be broken into and unfortunately (for me) my vehicle was the only one the robber got into. Police have closed the case as cctv wasn’t useful due to him wearing a baseball cap, hoodie and mask (so can’t do anything about that), but the police said the tree shadows in the area didn’t help and gave the robber cover as street lights can’t penetrate through. So I took the opportunity and registered this on fix my street (https://report.peterborough.gov.uk/ report/ 3491017) for the trees in the area to be pollarded and trimmed up. Council say they allocated to a contractor (assuming Aragon) and would be done within 30 days. Now I’ve received an update on the app saying work has been complete, but nothing has been done? So if they’ve paid Aragon then they’ve just wasted our council tax money! I have cctv and no contractor been round and done anything so I’m hoping you can ask a few questions please and let me know what is going on as the previous entry on FixMyStreet has been closed as “completed” when it hasn’t.

Thanks for your enquiry regarding a Council owned tree.
A qualified tree surveyor has assessed your request and following a site visit has recommended works. On completion of the works you may feel the task undertaken may not fully address the issue raised. Aragon Direct Services employ qualified tree surveyors to undertake the inspections and all works recommended are in accordance within the guidance contained within the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028.
Continued management of all our trees forms an integral part of this strategy. All Council owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one-to-five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. Where inspection identifies maintenance work it is scheduled in accordingly with safety issues forming the highest priority.
