Binmen

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3486795.

The green bins and food bins have just been emptied and the binmen have made a right mess, lots of rubbish just left strewn across the street, bins literally chucked wherever they landed and all over the pavement & driveways…what an absolute mess, ive never felt the need to complain before but when im paying for a service i expect it to be done properly. Why do they think this is acceptable? All they seemed to care about was getting back into the cab so they can light a cigarette. Appreciate a response please
